Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
We want you to be happy and satisfied with your order. We back 100% all products we sell and offer a 14 day money back guarantee provided the following:
- Timeline: Product must be shipped back within 14 days from delivery. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with manufacturers tags (if any) still attached.
- Shipping: Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable. Returns must be packed properly & securely for shipping.
- Incorrect/Defective: If we have sent you an incorrect or defective item, we will re-ship the item to you at our cost. Please send us an email to info@casadelcharro.com and let us know right away.
- Out of Stock: If an item is out of stock will we email you (within 24hrs) with notification of item not in stock. We will either offer an alternative product or refund total amount, at customer's discretion.
- Sale Items: Only regular priced items qualify for refunds, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel orders. In the event that we choose to cancel your order, you will be given a full refund.
