That is this pair. The whole band is blackened first, then engraved by hand: leaves and vines in bright, silver-colored lines, cut across the black. A fine ribbed edge runs along the top and bottom of each band.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is the harder way to engrave. The espuelero cuts the pattern line by line, and the black has to stay clean around every leaf. Nothing here is stamped or machine-cut.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe rowel is a star, and every point carries its own wavy line with small leaves. The pieces that hold the rowel are cut in a figure-8 shape and engraved by hand. Small metal pendants hang beside the rowel and move when you walk.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is a heavy pair.
