- Timeline: Product must be shipped back within 14 days from delivery. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

- Shipping: Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable. Returns must be packed properly & securely for shipping.
